Purchases and Payments
Access to certain features of some extensions requires payment. Our order process is conducted by our online resellers acting as Merchant of Record:
The Merchant of Record is the seller of record for your order: it processes your payment, collects and remits applicable taxes, issues the invoice, handles payment-related customer service inquiries and processes refunds in line with our Refund Policy. The name of the Merchant of Record that handled your order appears on your bank or card statement.
Pricing
The cost of paid plans is displayed on the respective extension’s page (see product list) and, in your local currency where available, at checkout. Prices may vary by country. Prices are subject to change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Paid plans are sold either as recurring subscriptions (billed weekly, monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the extension settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.

The extensions are independent products developed by Anton Khoteev. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google or YouTube. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; YouTube and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC. These names are used only to describe which services the extensions work with.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the extensions or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
