Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be proportional to the unused portion of the service or feature. To request a refund, please contact us at support@antonkhoteev.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you used at checkout.

Refund requests will be processed within 24 hours.

How refunds are issued

Payments for our extensions are processed by a Merchant of Record (see Terms & Conditions), so the refund is issued by that Merchant of Record to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. A cancellation itself is not a refund request: if you also want a refund for the current period, ask for it within the 30-day window above.
